1 medium (75g) mandarin, fresh

2 squares (20g) dark chocolate, plain, >60% cocoa

2 teaspoons (10ml) coconut oil, organic virgin

Peel and separate the mandarin segments.
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil over a pan of hot water.
Dip and plate, then sprinkle with a little salt.
Allow to set in the fridge.
