  • 10g baby spinach, fresh
  • 20g beetroot, cooked
  • 20g blue vein cheese

1 (210g) cauliflower & parmesan pizza crust

Make the pizza base according to the instructions.

Top the crust with baby spinach and sliced beetroot then crumble with blue cheese.

Place in the oven until the pizza is brown and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
